A culinary experience designed for groups
L’adresse creates pastry workshops specially designed for groups, tourism professionals, and private or corporate events. The aim is to offer an activity that is both convivial, immersive, and accessible, allowing participants to discover French pastry in a different way, in a warm and welcoming setting in the heart of Marseille. L’adresse also travels to other event venues in Marseille and the surrounding area.

Workshops can be delivered in English and adapted to the specific needs of each group.
Our 100 m² workshop, featuring a terrace, can be privatized for groups of 6 to 30 participants and can host:
- Tourist groups or families
- Corporate events and team building activities
- Incentive trips
- Cultural and gastronomic experiences organized by specialized agencies
We regularly collaborate with travel agencies, tour operators, cruise organizers, hotels, and event agencies to offer tailor-made culinary experiences for visitors discovering Marseille and Provence.

Château de Forbin – Marseille
L’adresse is regularly invited to host pastry workshops outside its studio in exceptional locations. We were recently contacted by Camp Joli, an international women’s summer camp, to lead a French pastry workshop at the Château de Forbin in Marseille.
Set in a unique location on the outskirts of the Calanques, this experience was entirely conducted in English to welcome participants from all over the world.
Two workshops were delivered around iconic French pastry classics such as chouquettes, madeleines, and spritz cakes. Each session gave participants the opportunity to discover professional techniques while enjoying a friendly, creative, and accessible experience.
This type of event perfectly reflects our approach: showcasing French pastry in a different way, in inspiring locations, through workshops designed for an international audience looking for authentic experiences during their stay in Marseille.
Dragon Fly – French Pastry Training on Board a Yacht
L’adresse also had the opportunity to work in a truly exceptional setting: aboard the prestigious Dragon Fly yacht.
For this project, we delivered a French pastry training course entirely in English for the culinary professionals working on board. The goal was to introduce them to the fundamentals of French pastry while teaching the technical vocabulary and methods required to serve an international clientele.
The program included macarons, fruit tartlets, viennoiseries, and other iconic French pastries. Participants learned key techniques for preparation, piping, assembly, and finishing while developing their professional skills in a unique and inspiring environment.
This experience perfectly demonstrates L’Adresse’s ability to provide tailor-made workshops and training sessions, both in our studio and at exceptional locations in France and abroad.
